USAgain offers a wide variety of career opportunities in states across the country. 

Here we will tell about the types of career paths you can expect to find in USAgain.

Transportation Department

Our Driver Service Representatives (DSRs) are responsible for safely and efficiently servicing the collection bins along a planned route. The DSRs are also ambassadors for USAgain, informing about the mission of the company and always ready to explain and answer questions from site sponsors and patrons. In order to be a DSR you must have at least 2 years experience driving a 16'-26' box truck, and have a clean driving record. You must be able to pass a physical and drug test.

The Dispatcher is responsible for daily routing the drivers in the most efficient way, reducing fuel consumption and providing timely service to all sites. The Dispatcher responds to service requests from Site Sponsors and communicates with the route drivers.

The Transportation Manager manages the transportation department and is responsible for overall Site Sponsor satisfaction and collection bin productivity. The Transportation Manager analyzes collection data, anticipates, plans and executes initiatives to improve upon the department's ability to serve the Site Sponsors and increase the collection of clothing.
